Gadget Setup

You will need to enter the following information the first time you setup your gadget:

• FreshBooks subdomain (the subdomain in the URL to access Freshbooks: e.g. "xxx" in xxx.freshbooks.com)
• Auth Token (You can find this under "authorization token" in profile settings. If this is not visible, your administrator should activate this for you.)
• Email address (for important updates and notifications)

Quick and Easy Setup for Gmail

If you'd like to add this gadget to Gmail, please follow these instructions:

• In Gmail, click Settings and click the Gadgets tab **
• Copy the following URL and paste it in the Gadget URL box:

  http://hosting.gmodules.com/ig/gadgets/file/111062740007494393201/GmailTimeTracker.xml

• Click Save.

• Your gadget will display on the left side where you'll be able to enter your FreshBooks subdomain and authorization token.

** If you do not see the Gadgets tab, you will need to enable "Add any gadget by URL" under the "Labs" tab.
