Because we handle every facet of a website from its structure to its marketability, we have put specific procedures in place to manage time and resources. Our well-thought-out development process allows us to provide maximum value for our clients through efficient, straightforward steps.

Development Process

To ensure quality and timely deliverables, we work with the client to split the gathered requirements into manageable iterations. Each iteration consists of the following five phases:

Phase I: Analysis

1. Identify high-level requirements
2. Obtain sign-off based on requirements and estimate

Phase II: Design

1. Determine new site layout and theme
2. Storyboard new site (determine navigation)
3. Collect graphics
4. Create prototypes and discuss with client
5. Finalize requirements before development begins

Phase III: Development

1. Build site according to written requirements
2. Integrate required features
3. Unit test features - verify each individual component works according to specification

Phase IV: System Test

1. Create test script that will allow tester to step through site as a "user"
2. Identify bugs and report to development team
3. Resolve bugs, retest using above script

Phase V: Deployment Phase

1. Move fully tested code to "production," live server
2. Verify successful migration using test scripts
