Our Story
Myndbend began with a simple but critical mission: to bring order to chaotic support and IT processes. Originally established as a high-powered solution in Zendesk for IT Change Management, HR Onboarding, and Help Desk Optimization, we helped organizations automate complex workflows amongst various systems and eliminate manual errors.
The Evolution
While helping our customers manage tickets in Zendesk and Jira, we uncovered a deeper, universal problem: Policies are written down, but they are not enforced consistently.
We saw that critical decisions like granting IT access, approving a refund, or onboarding an employee, were happening in silos. The rules lived in static PDFs or Confluence pages, while the work happened in dynamic tools like Slack, Workday, and Salesforce. This gap created "audit exposure," inconsistencies, and operational drag.
We realized that moving the ticket wasn't enough. We needed to govern the decision inside it.
