Myndbend Process Manager

Approval chains and team hand-offs, inside Zendesk.

Since 2016, teams have used Process Manager for requests that need more than one sign-off, more than one team, or both: IT changes, onboarding, access requests, purchases, warranty claims, refunds.

Approvals

Add as many approvers as a request needs, in sequence, or pick them automatically from ticket fields. Approvers respond in Zendesk, by email, or in Slack, so the finance lead signing off a refund never needs a Zendesk login.

Child tickets

Use them with or without an approval step. Build templates for the tickets a process needs, create them automatically when your conditions are met, and keep them in sync with the original ticket.

Beyond Zendesk

On Enterprise, open Jira issues from templates and export approval records for audits.

Your team builds the workflows. Enterprise annual plans include onboarding and wellness checks with our specialists.
